Own risk

The client is aware that participation in sports activities and the use of equipment within the gym and/or outside is at their own risk.

PRO-membership

The PRO-membership gives access to all exercises, workout programs and the food app. This is a monthly membership with a minimum of 3 calendar months. After 3 months, the membership can be cancelled every month. The membership starts on the day the client signs up. The remaining days of the first month will be charged pro rata.

The membership first payment of the membership is processed through iDeal, after this the payment will proceed as an monthly automated payment through Mollie.

The PRO-membership will be automatically continued 14 days before the end of the month. The membership can be cancelled until the 14th of the month, for the next month. If the membership is cancelled after the 14th, the payment for the next month is automatically generated and the cancellation will be active of the second following month.

The PRO-membership can be cancelled in the app. To cancel the membership in the app click on Me (bottom right) > My products show all > Memberships active > End membership.

Personal Training

Every Personal Training session is worth one credit in the Dymphy Fit app. De client has to purchase the credits before the start of the training. It is not possible to book training sessions without credits. If training sessions are booked in advance in the schedule for the client and the client does not meet the payment requirements, Dymphy Fit has the right to cancel the training sessions until the payment is fulfilled.

Cancelation policy

The client is aware that cancelling up to 24 hours before the Personal Training session or not showing up to the appointment, results in charge of the session. This is a no exceptions cancellation policy. Twentyfour hours before the training one credit is deducted. If Dymphy Fit cancels a session within 24 hours, the client will receive a free session.

Price increase

Dymphy Fit will implement an annual price increase of a maximum of 2.5% with an announcement of a least 1 month before the end of the calendar year.
